Day 278: 12.30pm

It a beautiful day for it and a beautiful morning for walking. When you know you have come so far and now near at the end of your journey. When you see Canberra sign saying 400 something km to left towards Canberra and 800 something km right towards Sydney. You say to your self I can do this and finish this walk off. I cannot believe how far I walk. Time to listen to motivation song to push me thought to Sydney redfern.

After a short conversation he invited us to stay the night at his place. So from no place to Terry’s place, and a place to sleep. Their are amazing people in this world, thanks to Terry a person and alot of other people along this journey of Clinton’s walk for justice, a stranger’s kindness, is apart of an amazing journey, from the start to this very day. – Noonie

I’m a Wajuk, Balardung, Kija and a Yulparitja man from the West of Australia. I will be walking across country from Matagarup/Heirrison Island in Perth to Parliament House in Canberra, following songlines and visiting communities along the way, where I will eventually be seeking audience with the Prime Minister and address the many injustices against the First Nations people of this land.
