So we are hoping that most of you guys know about IndigenousX. It’s a twitter account that is hosted by a different Indigenous Australian every week: a platform for different Indigenous perspectives. This week, we are proud to host!

Admin Gee is currently over there posting old throwback pictures and reminiscing for the next hour or so. If you have a Twitter account, get on it! If you don’t….maybe consider creating one?

Enjoy! – Admin Team, proudly supporting #IndigenousX

Day 285: 7.30pm

[Admin Toby] Ruby, Joss and Imogen recently raised Clinton a donation by busking on the street ❤️😄 They met him on the road Wednesday to present it and sing some Aboriginal songs for him.

Thankyou Alison Taylor and Gaynor Kitcher from Clinton, the walk crew and admin team, we are really proud of you girls and appreciate this gesture of support!

[Guest] As Joss and Imogen’s mother I’d like to say how touched I was by the generous time Clinton gave to the girls. They were enthralled to talk to him and learnt so much about his cause. Meeting him in the flesh made it all much more real. Thank you Clinton and Toby and all strength to you for Canberra! – Gaynor

I’m a Wajuk, Balardung, Kija and a Yulparitja man from the West of Australia. I will be walking across country from Matagarup/Heirrison Island in Perth to Parliament House in Canberra, following songlines and visiting communities along the way, where I will eventually be seeking audience with the Prime Minister and address the many injustices against the First Nations people of this land.
