Day 333: 8.30pm
I was just on BBC news talking to 44 million people. Unbelievable know that just happen. The world know now about the walk for justice.
I would like to know why the major media other than NITV have given virtually no coverage of Clintons walk.. Is it perhaps that they are racist? Or have they been told not to? What has happened to truthful journalism in this country? This event is as important as the Wave Hill Walk Off on my mind.
We met, and briefly walked with Clinton and Noonie near Dublin SA.
LONG ROAD
From the west to the east
We headed into the sun
At times thirsty, sore, but
Never deterred, we pressed
On with conviction, that our
Cause was just, moral,
Yet we knew within our hearts
The difficulty of the challenge,
That our raw spirits were to be
Presented to closed, cold minds,
Just how to open them?
Will this long walk, blistered, swollen,
Frustrated by mechanical problems,
Will this long walk, revelatory, ecstatic,
Linking a scattered nation across the land,
Will this trek for justice, supported by so many,
Will it awaken those snug in power, who
Seem at ease with our historic, ongoing injustice,
Is this not the end of the journey?
