Day 75, 76: Leaving Jameson

Day 75: 8am

Day 75: 10am 

15241145_1171569872934115_8215389400791448758_nAbout one k from the main road we hit a small camel, we all o.k and on the move back on with the walk. We about three days out from the next community. Look like we need a new windscreen for the car. We hope they have one in the next community. But us three we o.k and still doing the walk. The Camel is die now. We had no choose. But to put it down.


Day 75: 4.30pm

We just walk it into Wanarn community. We didn’t know Wanarn community was about 30km to 40km far from us on the walk. We had a talk with the Wanarn people and they going to help us out with a other windscreen. We be staying in Wanarn community tonight and tomorrow night until the car check and the windscreen change to a new one.

We be starting the walk again on Sunday morning towards Warakurna community. Warakurna community from Wanarn is about 60km. We be getting into Warakurna community by Sunday night. Than start the walk to the boarder and that is 50km to the northern territory.


Day 75: 5pm

We don’t waste time, we get straight into it and fix the problem. So we can get back into the walk. Garry Ashwin getting a new windscreen out from a old car. Next time we be on the look out for camels. So this don’t happen again.

15192575_1895286860694501_6151899338381978490_nThe walk for justice car is good as new. She back in business and ready to start the walk again tomorrow towards Warakurna community. She gotten us this far and she going to get us to the end of the journey Canberra. She one unbelievable car. When thought a camel, hit a bird, goanna, had a flat tyres, got stuck in sand where we have to push her out and had a block converters where she was only doing 20ks a hour towards the roadhouse after Cosmo. But she still going. The good old holden commodore.

She part of the team the old girl she is. When she go into the Australia museum after this walk is finish. She be know as the car who help a team and a man who walk across Australia for justice. Well done to Garry Ashwin and Noonie Raymond for doing a amazing job on getting the new windscreen on her and thank you to Wanarn community for giving us a new windscreen.

“Clinton has a virus and we are back at Cosmo Newberry to see the nurse, is on antibiotics and rest up today and tonight see how he is in the morning.” – Garry

[Admin] Garry just checked in with the Perth Support Team. Clinton is unwell with a virus, they have taken him back to Cosmo to rest up and see a nurse. He’s ok, just unwell. He slept through the big race today and the feed put on by Cosmo PS but Garry got him some grub for when he wakes up. We will let you know more as we hear it!

14956475_716752948475177_6644447649714579475_nHey all quick update we about 2 days from the road House and that is about 108km We got a bit of a set back last night I got a cold and my left jaw has swallow up. So this morning we came back to Cosmo community to see the nurse about some medication to help with the swollen jaw. I be camping over night in Cosmo to be look after from the local before drive tomorrow back out to the camp sit where the team is to start the walk again.

I do apologize to all for not putting status up to let you know where I’m. There no signal out here and it starting to get hot now that why we start doing the walk at 3:30am stop at 10:00am and Start again from 2:00pm till 6:30pm. So I just wanted to let you know where I’m o.k

The swallow on my left jaw has going Down and I’m ready to go and get back in to the walk. I well be off Facebook for about two day until I get to the road house. It mite take us about 8days to get to Warburton due to some car trouble. But we alright and going to try get the car fix before making our way to Warburton.

When I first started this walk I said to my self that no matter how hard the walk get I well not give up, I well not give in, I well not forget those who help me and I well not forget my family back home who watching me do ever step I take on the country. I well finish this walk no matter want happen because I choose to believed in my dream that I visualizes when I was a little boy on making a change. I well finish this walk because I have to support of people who believed on see this change happen.

I feel like I’m going be like Tarzan the cartoon movie man going off in to the wild  It is amazing and beautiful out here that connection I feeling with the land and the old people. It feel like I’m home.

I feel so happy out here . I starting know that I getting closer and closer to the most beautiful place in our culture Uluru. I well say to my self I cannot believed that I walking it to the heart land. Day 46: Leaving Laverton, Beginning of the Desert Walk!

Good morning all quick update just letting you know I be leaving Laverton town today and won’t be back on Facebook until I reach Warburton. I well be off Facebook for about 17 to 20 days and my team well be taking over to keep you all update where i’m at. So if want to know where i’m at please keep follow the Clinton’s Walk for Justice page for update. I been thinking about this part of the walk last night and i’m ready to go to do this bit and make it to Warburton.

Other than that please do not worry about me because me and the team a ready and being getting ready for this part of the walk and that everyone have to wait and see if I going to make it thought this part to Warburton

Please pray for me if you like or tell other that I’m doing the hard bit of the walk. Also tell people we have to wait and see now if he can make it to Warburton. When I know I can  I well see you all when I get to Warburton. Have fun now you know I be off Facebook for a bit hahah lol

He offer to help us with free fuel of unleaded and diesel fuel up to 44 lgts that well get us to uluru. Also offer free food from his super market for the trape that well last us to uluru as well.
