Day 256: 10am
I would like to have my say on this I would like to know who representing the Noongar nation the 22 country group and 40,000 of us. Those who got chosen to represent us must think about everything about the history and struggle of our pass in the south west against this government and before that. If is our council group the SWLSA council I going to let everyone know they don’t represent our people there where the once who try to give away our native title for 1.3billion but our people managed to stop it in the federal country so we keep our native title.
The think is as sovereign people we don’t what recognise from this corporate government because they not sovereign government no more and we don’t what to treaty with them. A treaty must come and only come from two sovereign nation group. If we treaty with this government we only have to look at the history of other country like our brother and sister in American and our New Zealand brother and sister what they going thought.
We must think a better way my people a cross this great land and there is a better way to save our culture, language, secret site our old people left for us to look after it and keep it alive. So hope our people in Uluru and other country group say no to recognise and say no to a treaty.
Day 256: 11.30am
Getting stronger and stronger every day on this walk. Making me think about all the community we been thought and everyone Else back at home in Perth and how family, our people, friends and other stood Strong and proud to fight for justice for our self and for every one else. We fought for our right as people and stood for our future to rebuilt after some much was lose. There well be a time when we rebuild what we lose not just for my people but for everyone else to who live here. That everyone shall live together in harmony and peace. But the future is for us to make something of if.
